Police are appealing for witnesses to a fight in the Colours nightclub at the Hilton Hotel in Douglas.
It happened on the dance floor at about 2:15am on Sunday.
Two women were involved and one of them received cuts to the head.
Anyone who saw what happened, or has any information about the incident, is asked to contact Police Constable Andy Lee at Douglas Police Headquarters, on 631212.
