Woman 'seriously injured' in Crosby attack

Twenty-seven-year-old man in custody

A woman was left with what police have described as serious injuries after an attack in Crosby.

Officers and paramedics were called to a house in Reayrt Ny Chrink at around 11:10pm on Saturday.

The 20-year-old was treated at Nobles Hospital for her injuries.

A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with wounding with intent to cause grevious bodily harm - he's been remanded in custody after being in court this morning and will appear again on Tuesday next week.
