A new networking group for the Island's high-flying women holds its first meeting next week (Tuesday, July 21).
'Women in Business' aims to attract business owners, employed professional women and aspiring young females.
The group is an offshoot of the Isle of Man Business and Innovation Centre, an 'incubator' service, dedicated to helping women turn their creative ideas into flourishing concerns.
Those behind the new network say it will offer women an opportunity to discuss common concerns, share experiences and 'mentor' younger women taking their first steps into business.
Sherrilyne Starkie and Kate Lord are on the steering committee:
The first meeting of Women in Business is on Tuesday, at The Courthouse in Douglas, between 6 and 8pm.
