Current climate change plan due to expire in 2027
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture is due to start the process of putting in place the Island's climate targets for 2027 and beyond.
Minister Clare Barber confirmed work will be getting underway on a 2027-2032 climate change plan to replace the existing five-year strategy when it expires.
The recently published annual update from DEFA showed a number of government's key targets are at risk of or have already been missed.
Minister Barber says it's important to make sure everyone has a say on what happens next:
Friday evening sailings subject to possible disruption or cancellation
More services to be temporarily relocated from Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital
Warning in place for coastal overtopping
Port St Mary father continues to fight for change in drug laws
