Home Affairs Minister says some government workers have experienced poor treatment
Bullying and poor treatment within the civil service is an issue that needs to be addressed.
That's from the Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson, who's been discussing the challenges facing government's workforce.
It's been almost a year since Chief Minister Alfred Cannan called for the civil service to be reformed in response to the outcome of the Dr Rosalind Ranson tribunal.
Mrs Poole-Wilson says there are improvements that need to be made:
Work underway to re-establish private patients unit
Last chance to have your say on Steam Packet's new vessel
Port St Mary Commissioners increase rates by eight percent
