What's put in place to ensure young people are given opportunities in the civil service?

That's the question put to Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas after an Onchan MHK questioned the practice of contracting in retired public workers.

Julie Edge has been asking questions in the House of Keys about people retiring at the age of 55 or over under the Mutually Agreed Resignation Scheme (MARS).

She believes people are brought back before the agreed two-year absence.
