Thomase Cleator says isolation can have a big impact, especially amid ongoing industry challenges
A young farmer on the Isle of Man is hoping to help shine a light on the things that can affect the mental health of farmers here.
Thomase Cleator has single-handedly run a sheep farm in the north of the Island for the past four years.
He says not having anyone to speak to can be really tough, especially amid the many challenges facing the industry.
But Thomase says opening up the farm to the general public has made a big difference to him:
