Vikings win 9th successive title
Vikings A are 100 matches unbeaten in Manx hockey!
They became women hockey champions for the ninth time in a row by seeing off Valkyrs A 3-0 on Saturday.
However, it was the record of a century games undefeated which was the main talking point – much to the delight of skipper Kim Carney (audio file below).
In the other game in the PWC Women’s Premier League, Bacchas A were 4-2 winners over their B side.
Sosie Cox (two), Abbey Magee and Georgia Foxton found the net for the A team with Ros Lynch and Ellie Pearson replying.
