Island hockey player talks about benefits of sport
Island hockey player Freya Duchars has spoken of the benefits of taking part in the Manx Youth Games.
She was a guest speaker as the 2018 Games was officially launched at the NSC last night.
More than 17,000 young people have participated in the event since its inception in 2002.
Duchars says it provides an opportunity to explore sports you've previously never tried:
