The women's game must be included in the debate about funding for Manx rugby teams competing in the United Kingdom.
That was the view expressed by Vagabonds Ladies team coach Darrin Cook, on Manx Radio's Friday Sport programme.
Last weekend, the English RFU told Douglas, Ramsey and Vagabonds that funding for competing in the South Lancashire and Cheshire League was to be drastically cut.
The Manx sides have until the end of March to prepare a case and Darrin says the Vagas girls need to be part of the overall message put to officials at Twickenham:
Rugby: Bevan Rodd on bench for England's opening Six Nations match
MGP 26: A new Quayle set for the start line
Football: Douglas Royal face Peel in Floodlit Cup Final clash
Hockey: Three wins for Island sides in England Championships
