Partington takes silver in men's category
Manx race walker, Erika Kelly, has taken the 10,000m title at the first ever English Athletics Winter Race Walking Championships.
The Northern AC athlete took the accolade in tough conditions during the event at Leeds Beckett University on Saturday (5 February).
She posted a time of 51 minutes and 41.6 seconds.
Meanwhile, fellow Island runner Tom Partington of Manx Harriers took silver in the men's category with a time of 45 minutes and 18.3 seconds.
He was bettered only by Chris Snook of Leeds Becket University who put in a personal best time of 43 minutes and 27.6 seconds.
