Organisers discussing alternative options for future
A popular running series in the north of the Island may not be taking place later this year.
The Northern AC Committee has confirmed after discussions that the Ramsey Fireman's Runs series 'cannot continue in it's current form'.
The series sees races held once a month between October and March on a Thursday night around the streets of Ramsey with participants having a choice of one-lap or three-lap contests.
However, organisers add they're still in talks about alternative courses and race options for the future.
