Local coaches hear from ex-British Cycling coaching director
The Isle of Man Sport Coaching Festival took place at the weekend, offering those who attended the chance to meet up and compare notes.
They also got to hear from former British Cycling director of coaching John Mills, who imparted some of his vast knowledge and expertise to those in attendance.
It was organised by Isle of Man Sport, and is the second year it has taken place.
Ed Oldham asked the body's sports coaching coordinator, Trevor Christian, how the weekend had gone:
Rugby: Manx club's passionate plea for new players
Football: Castletown beat southern rivals to go top of Division 2
Rugby: Douglas continue strong run at Birkenhead Park
Hockey: Valkyrs B move to the top of Mixed Division One
