Weekly cycling sessions for people of all ages & abilities
In the post-Cavendish fever, people of all ages and abilities have been jumping on a bike and taking part in MSR's Bike 4 Life.
The scheme offers weekly cycling sessions at the NSC to anyone who's either new to cycling, wants to develop their skills, or has a health issue or disability.
Though the sessions are well underway, MSR and Cycle 360 are hosting a family open day on 30 July.
Disability Sports Development Officer Zoe Crowe hopes it helps cyclists gain confidence:
FC Isle of Man targeting back-to-back wins at Prestwich Heys
Hockey: Four teams still in fight for Mixed Division One title
Boxing: Burden ready to face former title contender in Blackpool
Rugby: Big Manx derby awaits at Mooragh Park
