Cyclist finishes 14th
Cyclist Matthew Bostock struggled against a strong set of British contenders in the Men's 40km Points final this afternoon.
He placed 14th in a field of 24, taking home a lone three points in the first set of 16 sprints over 160 laps.
A knockout for Matthew Draper in qualifying left him as the only Manxman in the running.
Scotland's Mark Stewart took first place in the final with a total of 81.
Bostock admitted it was disappointing - and added it would have been 'handy' to have Draper with him:
Athletics: New personal best for Regan Corrin
Snooker: Blinders cut Hurricane's lead
Rugby: Bevan Rodd on bench for England's opening Six Nations match
MGP 26: A new Quayle set for the start line
