Alfie Evans takes spot in 54kg class
A New Horizon Boxing Club youngster won the Manchester Box Cup 54kg class at the weekend.
This was Alfie Bradford's second win in a few weeks after he took the top honours in the Global Gloves Box Cup 54kg earlier this month.
The cup was founded in 2022 and describes itself as 'one of the fastest growing amateur boxing events in the UK".
There was a second place for fellow New Horizon boxer Lenny Henderson, who was on the wrong side of a points decision in the 70kg event in Manchester.
