Australian Josh Brookes will compete at T.T. 2013.
He will become one of the highest profile newcomers for many years when he lines up for the Northern Ireland based Tyco Suzuki team.
The 29 year old finished as runner up in the 2012 British Superbike Championship - he was also second in the overall standings in 2010.
Brookes is a former Australian Superbike and Supersport Champion and finished third in the 2008 World Supersport Championship.
At the BSB level, he has won 11 races and 50 podiums.
At this stage, it is not known who will be riding with Brookes - Conor Cummins and Guy Martin represented Tyco Suzuki at the T.T..
