He finished overall winner on handicap ahead of Dougie Corkill and Kath Black at Ronaldsway Industrial Estate.
The three fastest walkers in actual time were Adam Cowin (49.54), Richard Gerrard (50.48) and Michelle Turner (52.28).
Louise Smith won the senior five km race from Jill Wild and Caroline Walter.
Archie Walter triumphed in the junior 2km race with Issac Quayle winning the junior 1km contest.
