Bacchas senior side wins derby
Mixed Hockey Premier League Champions Bacchas "A" got off to a winning start to the new season.
Their 9-1 victory over Bacchas "B" was enough to put them top of the table on goal difference after the opening round of matches.
Andy Whiting led the way with four goals, Andy Vernon-Browne and Karl Moore both scored twice with the other coming from Kim Carney.
Craig Leece was the scorer for the "B" team.
