Cyclist optimistic at Island's medal chances
Cyclist Anna Christian has backed her Isle of Man teammates to have a successful 2018 Commonwealth Games.
The Team Trek Drops rider is one of the 11 cyclists selected to represent the Island at the multi-sport event, which takes place from 4 - 15 April.
Christian has an added incentive to win a medal at the event as she aims to match her brother Mark's achievement from 2010, when he got bronze in the points race.
She says she's keen to make her own piece of history and believes the squad is strong enough to deliver:
Athletics: Top-five for Cain at Swansea Half Marathon
Jamie Cringle 'a couple of steps closer in the right direction' after TT crash
Football: Castletown and 'Youthie' into Paul Henry Gold Cup final
Jade Burden 'so fired up' for rearranged title fight
