Field will be littered with road racing stars later this month

In his ongoing 30th year of racing on the Snaefell Mountain Course, John McGuinness MBE will lead out the Historic Senior race at this month's Classic TT.

The 23-time TT winner will run the No.1 plate on the Team Winfield Paton as part of a field littered with current TT stars.

Last year's race winner, Mike Brown will set off at No.2 on the Peter Lodge Racing Norton whilst TT 2026 double-winner in June, Dean Harrison will complete the first three riders.

Elsewhere inside the top six, Jamie Coward is listed at No.4, Shaun Anderson at No.5 and Michael Dunlop at No.6.

There's also Isle of Man representation among the top-20 seeded riders including Joe Yeardsley (No.8), Conor Cummins (No.11) and Dan Sayle (No.14).

The three-lap Historic Senior race at this year's Classic TT is currently scheduled for Friday, 28 August.

The Classic TT will run alongside the Manx Grand Prix between Sunday, 16 August and Friday, 28 August.
