Pokerstars Rally hit by bad weather
Steve Colley is Manx Rally Champion.
Along with co-driver Andrew Cowley he fought back on the second half of a disrupted Pokerstars Rally to beat Nigel and Jade Cannell.
The bad weather in the morning led to a number of incidents and stage cancellations.
