Scrum half has previously captained Lancashire
One of the Island's top young rugby talents has been selected to represent the north of England.
Jonty Cope earned his spot after a successful trial for the Under 18s squad at Woodhouse Grove this weekend.
The scrum half has already played for Lancashire at county level against Durham, Cheshire and Yorkshire - including captaining the side in the Cheshire match.
He'll now travel to Stourbridge RUFC on Sunday, 16 February and Warwick University on Sunday, 23 February to play for the north of England counties team.
Cope has previously represented King William's College, Douglas Rugby Club, and currently plays for the Isle of Man u18s Sevens team.
