New competition at Meary Veg
Juan Cowley was the winner of a new Manx Skeet competition at the Isle of Man Clay Pigeon Shooting Club in perfect conditions on Sunday.
The new format is a cross between the English and Olympic Skeet formats.
Cowley shot 24 in the first round and then a 25 straight to finish on 49 - three ahead of runner-up Alan Wade.
Nigel Kelly dominated the afternoon Olympic Skeet competition and finished four targets ahead of anyone on 47.
At Blue Point, Phil Ward took the honours in the Down the Line Summer League and Mark Riley was first in the ABT Selection Shoot.
