It's hoped the changes will help address declining numbers
A new-look cycling series on the Isle of Man gets underway next month with hopes it can revitalise interest in the sport locally.
The Proper Manx Spring Series sees a merger between the Bikestyle Jurby Series and Canada Life 10 League to offer a mix of both road racing and time trial events.
Manx Viking Wheelers Club director and treasurer, Niall Quiggin says one of the reasons behind the new approach is they've seen a drop in numbers taking part in recent times.
He says they want to make competitions accessible to more people:
Those seeking further details about events and entry requirements are invited to get in touch with the Manx Viking Wheelers Club for more information.
