Manxman dominates Rally America National Championship
Manx rally driver David Higgins has equalled a near 30-year record, as he claimed another title at the weekend.
He and co-driver Craig Drew won the Lake Superior Performance Rally in Michigan, to complete a perfect season in the Rally America National Championship.
Winning every round of the championship was last done in 1987, by John Buffam.
He is now the team manager of Subaru Rally Team USA, who Higgins and Drew race for.
The pair put in a dominant performance in Michigan, winning 13 of the 15 stages of the rally.
