Cyclist helps raise awareness of the condition
Professional cyclist Sam Brand has been speaking about life as a sportsman with diabetes.
It's to highlight the condition in aid of Diabetes Awareness Week.
The 27-year-old rides for Team Novo Nordisk - an all-diabetes sports team - and has represented the Isle of Man at the Commonwealth Games.
