Work to construct a holiday home for disabled people in Joey Dunlop’s memory could begin in six months time.
The Joey Dunlop Foundation is continuing to raise funds for the development, which would be sited in Victoria Road, Douglas.
Such a scheme was a long held ambition of the TT legend, who died while racing in Estonia seven years ago.
Foundation Chairman and Trustee Kevin Quirk hopes progress will soon be visible:
Ravens run riot against AFC Liverpool
FC Isle of Man and AFC Liverpool to meet in vital hunt for points
Hockey: Cup finals double-header on the cards
Rugby: Douglas to host Sandbach in big top-of-the-table clash
