Tries from Brendan O’Sullivan and Nick Caine put Nomads in front at the break and in the second half Damian Brand and Wig Bregazzi both added further tries.
Dave Edge kicked two conversions and two penalties to make matters worse for Douglas.
All the Douglas points came from John Bateson who scored two tries and two conversions.
