Ramsey A were left to rue two missed penalties against Falcons on Saturday.

In the match of the day, goals from Dave Millward (two), Karen Faragher and Dani Coombes sealed a 4-2 victory.

But while Ollie Webster struck a brace, the northerners missed two flicks.

Valkyrs A went on the rampage to boost their championship credentials on Saturday.

They romped to a 10-0 victory against bottom club Phoenix A to move top.
