Process in the works since October 2019
FC Isle of Man is now an official 'tangible entity'.
The organisation has announced its application for affiliation to the Isle of Man Football Association has been approved.
In a statement, it said the process started in October last year, when the Isle of Man FA and its associated clubs "voted to allow FC Isle of Man to become an affiliated member of the association from next season."
It also said "everyone at FC Isle of Man would like to thank the Isle of Man FA and all its associated clubs in supporting this process, and we look forward to working together in bettering the local game in the coming years."
