Restrictions on outdoor sports eased
With certain outdoor sports being able to resume from Saturday, the Isle of Man FA has produced a set of guidelines for those wishing to train or have a kickabout with their team mates this weekend.
Social distancing must be maintained, so there can be no contact between players, and you mustn't share bibs or equipment, apart from touching the ball.
Any grouping of players must also conform to the outdoor gatherings rules, so no more than ten people, including the coach, can get together.
You must wash your hands regularly, must not share drinks, and clubhouses can only be accessed to use the toilet and provide refreshments.
