Furo-cious Colby hit eight!

Colby maintained their 100 per cent record in CFS Division Two on Saturday with their 11th straight win.

Furo Davies was the main man with four as the southerners demolished Foxdale 8-0.

Young talent Josh Kelly hit a double and James Cain and the promising Olly Swales joined him on the scoresheet in the rout.

Second placed Michael were also comfortable home winners over Douglas and District – goals from player-manager Nick Hurt (two), Jamie Moffitt, Michael Shimmin and Chris Hancox sealing a 5-0 win.

The division’s third and fourth placed sides had to settle for a share of the spoils as Pulrose were held to a 1-1 draw by Castletown.

The prolific Dave Skillen was the home side’s scorer with Ashley Southern on target for Town, who stay in fourth.

The Police saw off Jurby 5-1 with Sam Liver (two), Neil Moore and Carl Breadner all on target and Andy Wood netting the Jurby consolation.

John Kelly was the hero with a second half goal as Malew saw off battling Ronaldsway by a single goal in the southern derby, while Braddan pulled off an impressive 4-3 success at Marown.

David Kinrade, so often Braddan’s hero, was the star again with a hat-trick, while Nick Ford grabbed the other.

Johnny Barton, Jeremy Lovett and Kevin Druggan were the Marown scorers.
