Gerrard retains End to End crown

Four complete course in under seven hours

Defending champion Richard Gerrard retained his End to End Walk crown after completing the course in six hours, 37 minutes and 18 seconds.

He finished the route just over three minutes ahead of his nearest rival, Parish Walk champion Liam Parker.

Adam Killip completed the top three while Noel Ash also reached The Sound within seven hours.

Sophie Dvorakova was the first woman across the finish line in 13th place overall with a time of seven hours, 31 minutes and 37 seconds.

139 of the 255 people to sign up for this year's event completed the full distance.
