Manx snowboardcrosser pleased with performance
Manx snowboardcrosser Zoe Gillings-Brier finished ninth at the finals of the World Championship at Sierra Nevada in Spain today.
She finished 11th in qualifying on Friday on the first run which was good enough to go through without the need for a second.
She ended up contesting the small final, after not doing enough in her semi to make it through to the final proper.
On Twitter, Zoe said she was happy with her efforts, particularly as she has no funding currently, and was hoping she would get support for the Winter Olympics.
