
The Department of Economic Development is driving the bid to bring the 2016 British Cycling Road Race Championship to the Isle of Man.
That's the view of Isle of Man Cycling Association chairman Richard Fletcher who says they will work hard in partnership to make the project a success.
On Tuesday, Chief Minister Allan Bell announced the bid on his visit to Scotland saying a budget is in place.
