Report by Ben Cunningham:

In the ladies Prem, Valkyrs A know they need to keep winning in the battle at the top of the league they play Bacchas A who will look to cause an upset if they can.

A close match looks set the be on the cards as Harlequins A meet Vikings A when these two met earlier in the season Quins just came away with a narrow victory will it be the same again this time around?

Finally Castletown A who are in that battle with Valkyrs A at the top of the league have a club derby playing Castletown B who are hanging in there but they need points.

In the mens prem, Vikings B at the bottom of the league know that if they can’t get victory this weekend it could confirm their relegation depending on results elsewhere they play Harlequins A who are looking at trying to get that runners up spot in this league.

Bacchas A know victory this weekend would see them crowned champions they face Valkyrs A who have had a mix bag of results this season and definitely looking back at some games knowing they could have done better.

Elsewhere Castletown A meet Vikings A for the second week in a row these two sides met last weekend in the cup where Vikings A took the victory.

In ladies Div one, Bacchas B will be wanting ti keep their good run of form up when they face Ramsey A who are also coming into this game following their defeat in the plate last weekend however win the league they have been good.

Valkyrs B who got the better of Ramsey A last weekend in the plate play bottom of the table Bacchas C who know they need to get points where they can to save them in the relegation battle.

Castletown C who are in the battle with Bacchas C at the bottom play Vikings B this weekend who’s form lately has slipped so could Castletown take advantage of this situation?

In mens Div one, Valkyrs C will be hoping to take the points like they did last time when they face Harlequins B.

Valkyrs B will be looking to take maximum points when they welcome bottle of the table Castletown B to the west of the island.

Bacchas B know that victory over Ramsey A this weekend would see them crowned champions these two sides are meeting for the second weekend in a row as they faces each other last weekend in the plate where Bacchas B took the victory.

In ladies Div two, Ramsey B welcome Harlequins B to the north of the island when these two sides met last time it was a eight goal thriller which ended 4-4 are we in for another thriller just like the last time?

The other fixture in this league sees Valkyrs C play Castletown D both these two sides coming into this game after both being narrowly knocked out in the bowl semi finals last weekend

In mens Div two, top of the table Bacchas Colts will look to keep their position at the top when they play bottom of the table Ramsey B.

It’s second plays third as Bacchas C play Vikings C when these two met earlier in the season it was a six goal game ending 3-3 plus this could give us a indication of how the mens bowl final could go as this will be the two sides facing each other in that final or finals day later in the season.

Finally Castletown C meet Harlequins C both meetings so far this season between these two sides have been close but Harlequins have won both winning in the bowl first round and in the league when they have met.

In the U15’s league, Ramsey Rogues & Rascals meet Harlequins and Bacchas play Vikings. It’s been great watching this junior league and seeing it being just as competitive as the senior leagues.
