The poor state of housing estates and the roads serving them are the main concerns of residents of South Douglas.
That's how leader of Douglas Borough Council David Christian sees the constituency, with 20 days to go to the House of Keys general election.
All eyes are on South Douglas at the moment, with the NSC the main venue for the Commonwealth Youth Games, but Mr Christian says the upkeep of housing and roads are at the forefront of voters' minds (listen to audio file below):
Manx Radio's constituency programme with the three South Douglas candidates was broadcast live this evening (Friday), and will be repeated at 8.05am next Monday (September 12), on the station's FM frequencies.
The candidates in South Douglas are Kate Beecroft, David Cretney and Bill Malarkey.
