All future Isle of Man home fixtures in the Inter-League Cup will be played at the Bowl.
The new ruling by the English Football Association follows the removal of quarter-final opponenets West Yorkshire from the competition for fielding two ineligible players.
The Island will now entertain Liverpool County on Saturday, February 18.
Previously, the Merseysiders had said they didn't want to play on the artificial surface at the Bowl, but Isle of Man FA chief executive officer Frank Stennett says away teams will no longer have any say in where a tie is played (listen to audio file below):
Tickets for the match are on sale at the Isle of Man FA headquarters at the Bowl and are priced at £3 for adults and £1.50 for OAPs and juniors.
