
Defending champion Linda Jordan (Manx Arms) collected her seventh Douglas Masters Darts title on Tuesday.
The final set of matches unfolded at the Manx Arms and in the quarters Maxine Harrison (O’Donnells) and Tracy Brennan (Manx Arms) both progressed into the semis with 2–0 victories.
In the third match, Janet Maynard (Manx Arms) defeated team-mate Mandy Marran
2–1 before Jordan (Manx Arms) (140, 180) beat Wendy Andrews (Manx Arms) 2–1 , which included a brilliant 11 dart leg.
In the semis, Jordan continued her outstanding form against Brennan, winning 3–0 to reach yet another Douglas Darts final.
The other semi final went the same way with Maynard overcoming Harrison by the same scoreline.
The final got underway with Jordan racing into a 2–0 lead before Maynard hit back to level the game at 2 – 2.
But the champion hit top form in the fifth leg, hitting 140 & 100 in order to secure that seventh title.
