Harriet Pryke has struck gold!
She won the 400 metres final at the North of England Indoor Athletics Championship on Saturday in convincing style.
After qualifying in the heat with ease, Pryke produced a time of 56.08 seconds – just outside her indoor personal best – to win the final at Sheffield's indoor athletics arena.
Another Manxie, Jack Lemaire performed well to reach the semi-finals in the under 17s 60 metres, narrowly missing out on a place in the final.
