Royals come from behind to beat Peel in championship playoff
Douglas Royal are the Isle of Man Nedbank Private Wealth Women's League champions, having beaten Peel 2-1 in the grand final.
The two teams finished level at the top of the table, so met in a playoff at Douglas Road.
Becky Corkish opened the scoring for Peel in the first half, before Donna Shimmin got Royals back on level terms with just over an hour played.
The visitors completed the turnaround late on, with Becky Cole netting the winner in the 90th minute.
