Elissa Morris took victory in women's race
Ollie Lockley smashed a long-standing record as he took victory in the Syd Quirk Half Marathon at the weekend (21 November).
He finished the men's race in 66 minutes and 18 seconds, 35 seconds ahead of the previous competition record held by Steve Kelly since 1978.
Meanwhile, Elissa Morris secured first place in the women's race, posting a time of 83 minutes and 10 seconds.
The walking events on the day were won by Simon Gawne and Keira Heavey.
