Keith Gerrard says the forthcoming track season will be all about qualifying for the London Olympics at 10,000 metres.
On the Cross- Country front, the new English Champion is delighted to have completed the double of Senior and Junior titles.
The 25 year-old from Peel won the Under-20 class in 2005 and took the full race honours at Parliament Hill in London on Saturday afternoon.
Gerrard was well aware his victory at the weekend had caused a stir back on the island:-
Rugby: Bevan Rodd on bench for England's opening Six Nations match
MGP 26: A new Quayle set for the start line
Football: Douglas Royal face Peel in Floodlit Cup Final clash
Hockey: Three wins for Island sides in England Championships
