The time has come for change in Tynwald, with a redrawing of constituency boundaries and a popularly-elected Legislative Council.
That's the belief of David Callister MLC, whose Electoral Reform Bill is up for its first reading in the House of Keys tomorrow (Tuesday).
His plans call for the Island to be divided into eight constituencies, each represented by three MHKs and one MLC, with LegCo being voted in by the people.
Mr Callister says that would be fairer than the current system:

Davey Todd wins 2025 Macau Grand Prix
Hockey: Mixed cup semi-finals on the cards this weekend
Rugby: Vagabonds to host Dukinfield
