A 7&6 success over Tom Gandy meant he clinched victory by seven strokes with six holes to play to add to the title he won in 2004.
Moore defeated Andrew Challenor, Neil Caine and eight-time champion Julian Sutton on the way to the final before sealing a comprehensive victory in the Grant Thornton tournament.
