Strategy was agreed by Tynwald in January this year
More work is still needed to advance a strategy to develop sports facilities and swimming pools across the Isle of Man.
That's according to the Education, Sport & Culture Minister who provided a statement in Tynwald this week over the long-term plan for 'regional sports hubs' which was first agreed in January this year.
Julie Edge says further work to look into the concept is not yet finalised and more time is required 'to analyse what has proved to be a complex project'.
Addressing Tynwald, Ms Edge adds the latest report will now be on the register of business in advance of the court's sitting in January 2024:
Rugby: Bevan Rodd on bench for England's opening Six Nations match
MGP 26: A new Quayle set for the start line
Football: Douglas Royal face Peel in Floodlit Cup Final clash
Hockey: Three wins for Island sides in England Championships
