Competitors range from six-60-years-old
Over 30 motocross riders are set to compete in Sherwood this weekend.
Forming as part of Turkeylands MX, the squad will compete in the Northern Team Challenge on Saturday and Sunday (11-12 October).
The competition sees some of the best motocross riders from the North of England including the Isle of Man, compete for the Northern Team trophy and a cash prize of £1000.
Team manager Martin Corkish says Turkeylands have high hopes beyond the competition:
Northern Team Challenge will also see a wide range of competitors from six-years-old to 60.
Young riders Danny McCanney and Blayze Turner believe the event provides a once in a lifetime experience:
Athletics: New personal best for Regan Corrin
Snooker: Blinders cut Hurricane's lead
Rugby: Bevan Rodd on bench for England's opening Six Nations match
MGP 26: A new Quayle set for the start line
