Contract not renewed
Island football manager Nick Hurt has parted company with the national side.
It’s been confirmed the Isle of Man Football Association has decided not to renew his contract which expired following the Island Games in Gotland.
The body is thanking Hurt for his two and a half years at the helm which culminated in the Island’s first ever football gold medal in Sweden in June.
It also marks the end of his assistant’s time with the national squad – coaches Rick Holden and Jon Hallworth.
The FA is refusing to comment further at this stage.
