Warning issued regarding anti-inflammatory tablets
This Saturday (22 June) will see hundreds of people from across the Island take on this year's Parish Walk.
As always the challenge remains the same - finishers must cover 85 miles, visit 17 parish churches and return to Douglas Promenade before the 24-hour deadline.
So what's in store for the 1,233 people who are due to set off from the NSC at 8am and what should they know if they run into difficulties on the day?
